Tom yam seafood instructions

Panaskan minyak, lalu tumis bawang bombay sampai harum. Masukkan bumbu halus lalu sereh dan daun jeruk. Tunggu hingga bumbu agak matang. Lalu tambahkan air.

Masukkan bumbu perencah tomyam, jeruk nipis, lalu tunggu sampai mendidih. Setelah mendidih, masukkan udang dan cumi, lalu tunggu hingga mendidih lg. Masukkan garam dan cabe rawit (krn sy suka pedas tp anak-anak tidak). Koreksi rasa dan sajikan.

Note : tomyam dpt dibuat jg dgn cara merebus seafoodnya terlebih dahulu lalu menumis bumbu terpisah dan terakhir dimasukkan ke seafood yg sudah direbus. Tp sy kurang suka, krn biasanya udang kalau terlalu lama direbus, kulitnya menjadi keriput ๐๐.
