Ingredients of Lasagna oven

  1. Prepare 7 lembar of lasagna.

  2. Prepare of Saus bolognese.

  3. You need 2 sdm of margarin.

  4. You need 250 gr of daging sapi giling.

  5. You need 350 gr of kornet sapi.

  6. Prepare 4 of bawang putih cincang halus.

  7. You need 1 of bawang bombay.

  8. You need 70 gr of chedar.

  9. Prepare 2 of tomat besar di blender (saya dipotong kecil2).

  10. You need 4 sdm of saus tomat.

  11. You need 1/2 gelas belimbing of susu uht.

  12. Prepare of Oregano,Basil,ground mustard,lada,blackpepper halus, garam, gula.

  13. It’s of Cheese sauce.

  14. Prepare 1 sdm munjung of margarin.

  15. You need 2 sdm of terigu.

  16. Prepare 800 ml of susu uht.

  17. It’s 300 gr of chedar parut.

  18. It’s of Garam, oregano, pepper, blackpepper, ground mustard, gula dikitt.

  3. Lalu tambahkan rempah, Cheddar dan susu, aduk2, matikan kompor apabila sudah kental pekat, tes rasa.

  4. Membuat cheese sauce: oseng dengan api kecil margarin dan terigu. Setelah rata, tambahkan Cheddar, susu uht dan rempah (oregano, garam, dll) tes rasa, matikan kompor jika sudah mengental pekat.

  5. Siapkan loyang, saya pakai loyang 30x10cmx4cm (jadi 2 loyang).

  6. Lapisannya: 1. Cheese sauce 2. Lasagna sheet 3. Bolognese 4. Mozzarella mix chedar 5.cheese sauce 6. Lasagna sheet 7. Bolognese sauce 8. Mozzarella mix Cheddar 9. Cheese sauce… Begitu seterusnya…

  7. Lapisan paling atas adalah cheese sauce, lalu taburi Mozzarella yang diparut kasar secara merata, dan sedikit oregano. Panggang di oven di suhu 175-180derajat selama 30 menit (sesuaikan dg oven masing2).
