Tumis kulit ayam dan bawang putih iris masak sampai harum.. Sisihkan.

Didihkan air masak ayam yg telah dirajang td smpe setengah matang. Lalu airnya disisihkan untuk kuah nanti..

Tumis bumbu ayam,, sampe harum..masukkan ayam yg sudah direbus td. Masukkan pelengkap lainnya..gula jawa kecap kaldu bubuk dan irisan daun bawang.. Masak sampe meresap kuahnya berkurang…

Penyajiannya dalam mangkok masukkan 1sdm minyak bumbu sejumput garam sejumput kaldu penyedap rasa.. Masukkan mie yg sdh direbus… Aduk dulu baru dikasih topping ayam sawi dan siram dg kuahnya. Sajikan. Selamat mencoba!!!.
