Baked Doughnut. I substituted Maple syrup for the honey which made them EVEN BETTER!!! They may not be like doughnuts but they are a wonderful treat and really easy to make.. Into a large bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

Butter or grease the doughnut pan; non-stick pan spray works well here.

Fill each doughnut form half full.

The ingredients are pretty standard pantry items.

More than likely, you already have them on hand.

Baked Doughnut instructions

  1. – Panaskan oven pada suhu 175oC. – Olesi cetakan donut dengan butter. – Ayak tepung bersama baking powder, soda kue, garam. Gunting ujung plastik sehingga mirip dengan piping bag. – Tuang adonan ke dalam cetakan donut hingga setengah penuh. – Panggang dalam oven selama 10-12 menit..

  2. Sisihkan dan dinginkan. – Sambil menunggu buat glaze: buat bain marie dengan merebus sedikit air dalam panci. Letakkan semua bahan glaze pada wadah anti panas dan letakkan di atas panci. Hati-hati air jangan menyentuh dasar wadah. Masak dengan api kecil hingga cokelat leleh. Aduk rata. – Ambil donut yang sudah agak dingin dan celupkan dalam glaze. Beri topping kesukaan kita. Lakukan hingga semua donut habis.
