Steamed Abalon instructions

  1. Rendam Abalon setengah jam, Cuci bersih abalon. Sikat dagingnya dan cangkangnya. Buang bagian kelamin di bawah yg menghitam..

  2. Rendam kulit jeruk, kerok bagian dalamnya, cuci bersih. Laalu iris memanjang.

  3. Taruh abalon di piring, beri garam sedikit dan ratakan di permukaan daging abalon. Tabur dg irisan kulit jeruk kering..

  4. Kukus selama 5 menit. Angkat dan hidangkan dg campuran irisan cabe dan kecap asin.
