  18. Prepare of Coklat ganace.

  19. You need 250 gr of DCC (dark cooking coklat).

  20. You need 300 ml of heavy cream (saya pakai susu full cream 300 ml dicampur mentega cair 3 sdm dan 1 sdt meizena).

  21. It’s 1 sdm of coklat bubuk.

  22. Prepare 1 sdm of mentega cair (kalau menggunakan heavy cream siap pakai).

  1. Siapkan bahan-bahan.

  2. Siram bubuk milo dengan air panas kemudian aduk hingga rata, sisihkan.

  3. Campur tepung terigu, coklat bubuk, baking powder dan garam kemudian aduk hingga rata.

  4. Kocok telur dan gula hingga gula larut, kemudian masukkan milo dan aduk rata.

  5. Masukkan campuran tepung kedalam adonan sambil diayak dan di aduk hingga tercampur rata.

  6. Setelah adonan tercampur rata masukkan kedalam oven atau dikukus (yg minim peralatan jg bisa pakai magicom seperti saya 🤣) masak hingga matang.

  7. Setelah brownis matang potong dibentuk menyesuaikan wadah kemudian dimasukakan kedalam wadah tsb.

  8. Buat puding dengan mencampir semua bahan dan masak hingga mendidih kemudian tuangkan kedalam wadah yg sudah berisi brownis tunggu hingga puding mengeras.

  9. Sambil menunggu puding mengeras buat coklat genace dengan memanasakan heavy cream kemudian tuang kedalam DCC yg telah dipotong potong dan dicampur coklat bubuk diamkan beberapa detik dan diaduk hingga coklat meleleh.

  10. Setelah puding mengeraa tuang coklat genace keatas puding perlahan sambil disaring.

  11. Taburi topping diatas simpan dikulkas.

  12. Setelah dingin siap untuk disajikan.
