Resep: Di RumahBrownis milo
**Resep: Di RumahBrownis milo ** Delicious, fresh and tasty.
Brownis milo. Serve them with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle some chocolate sauce over for a perfect afternoon escape from reality and into a sweet dream! Dense and chewy, this Milo brownie is familiar and indulgent all at once. Like normal brownies, they are incredible easy to make and is often the go-to recipe for whipping up something quick for the kids over the weekend.
They are a bit like regular chocolate brownies and are made with real chocolate (as only the best brownies are), but with the addition of Milo.
Milo is added to hot or cold milk to give it a malted chocolate flavour and extra texture.
I love also eating the Milo on a teaspoon.

One day, I experimented with the Milo Brownies recipe just so I can get my dose of that Milo flavor again.
It does not have the chocolate goodness apparent in most fudge brownies but it has its own unique flavor.
Stir in the chocolate chips and finally, fold in the milo.
Sift the flour into the saucepan, then add the Milo and whisk to combine.

These Milo Brownies have a soft and fudgey centre and you still get a little crunch from the Milo even after it's cooked.
I topped them with a simple chocolate icing but you really don't have to and can still enjoy them as is.
