Since I'm craving for a piece of cake for my afternoon tea, I baked this light malt fragrant, soft and light chiffon cake with the Milo drink and added some Nutella to enchance the flavour.

Siapkan bahan ya moms… sebelumnya saya sudah larutkan susu Milo bubuk dalam susu UHT, dcc, dan minyak goreng hingga semua larut..

Kocok lepas telur sebentar, masukkan pasta coklat dan pasta tiramisu lalu masukkan adonan coklat, aduk pelan sampai rata… terakhir masukkan tepung terigu dan BP sambil di ayak…aduk perlahan sampai adonan kental dan licin.

Mixer putih telur, garam dan air jeruk nipis sampai setengah mengembang, lalu masukkan gula sedikit demi sedikit sambil dikocok hingga kaku.

Tuang adonan Meringue ke adonan pasta sambil di aduk balik hingga adonan homogen.

Tuang di loyang chiffon ukuran 20 (loyang tidak dioles apapun).

Beri topping almond lalu panggang selama 60 menit dalam suhu 170" Celcius /sampai matang… sesuaikan dengan oven masing-masing ya moms.

Setelah matang segera tangkupkan loyang menggunakan botol biarkan selama 1-2 jam baru boleh dikeluarkan.
