They are a bit like regular chocolate brownies and are made with real chocolate (as only the best brownies are), but with the addition of Milo.

Sift the flour into the saucepan, then add the Milo and whisk to combine.

  1. Lelehkan dcc, mentega, dan minyak sayur dengan cara tim (saya pake microwave panas tinggi selama kurleb 2 menit). dinginkan smpe suhu ruang.

  2. Kocok telur dan gula halus. kocok terus hingga gula benar2 larut..

  3. Masukkan tepung dan milo ke adonan telur. aduk rata..

  4. Masukkan adonan dcc ke dlm adonan telur. aduk rata.

  5. Panaskan oven kurleb 10 menit dg suhu 170*C..

  6. Tuang adonan dlm loyang yg sudah dialasi kertas roti. saya pake loyang brownies uk.medium. topping saya pake milo bubuk dan cereal milo..

  7. Panggang brownies selama kurleb 45 menit dg suhu 170*C api atas bawah..

  8. Foto yg udh jadi, atasnya seperti caramel, tp setelah dilepas dr kertas roti, pinggirnya jg jd caramel gt. tp dlmnya empuk.

  9. Setelah dipotong, fotonya begini.
