  1. It’s 100 gram of terigu segitiga biru.

  2. You need 160 gr of gula pasir.

  3. It’s 120 gr of mentega.

  4. It’s 100 gr of coklat batang (saya 50gr batang, 45 gr bubuk).

  5. It’s 100 gr of Milo bubuk.

  6. Prepare 2 butir of telur (yg besar).

"Fudgy" Milo brownies step by step

  1. Panaskan oven dg api sedang mendengarkan kecil (atau oven listrik 180°). Siapkan loyang 22x22, oles tipis dg mentega lalu lapisi dg kertas roti dan oles lagi diatasi kertas roti dg mentega. Oles tipis aja ya….

  2. Lelehkan coklat dan mentega dg teknik double boiler. (Sampai meleleh aja ya, jgn kelamaan). Lalu angkat.

  3. Campur gula pasir dan telur, kocok dg whisk sampai gula larut (gak perlu kembang ya) agar bisa shiny crust..

  4. Lalu masukkan lelehan mentega dan coklat tadi, aduk rata..

  5. Masukkan bahan kering yang sudah diayak, tepung, Milo, coklat bubuk, garam. Aduk rata. Jgn terlalu lama aduknya, brownis bisa keras..

  6. Masukkan ke dalam loyang, hentakkan. Taburi toping sesuai selera. Lalu masukkan ke oven..

  7. Panggang sekitar 40 menit. Cek kematangan dg tes tusuk….

Sift the flour into the saucepan, then add the Milo and whisk to combine.

Pour the brownie mixture into the prepared tin and smooth the surface.

Allow brownies to cool in the tin.

Sift together the cocoa powder and icing sugar into a medium bowl.
