Ingredients of Infused Water Sayuran

  1. It’s 1 btg of wortel, kupas, cuci, potong.

  2. You need 1 btg of daun seledri, cuci, potong.

  3. It’s 1 bh of tomat, cuci, potong.

  4. You need 300 ml of air matang.

  5. You need 1/2 sdt of garam Himalaya.

  6. You need of Air perasan jeruk lemon.

  7. Prepare of Air untuk merendam.

Infused Water Sayuran instructions

  1. Rendam semua sayuran dengan ditambah air jeruk lemon dan garam selama 10 menit.

  2. Simpan sayuran yang sudah ditiriskan di gelas kaca, lalu tuang air matang dan diamkan kurang lebih 6 jam. Tidak boleh diminum lagi setelah lewat dari 12 jam.

  3. Sebelum diminum boleh ditambahkan sedikit garam Himalaya dan madu, selamat mencoba.
