  1. Roti: campur tepung komachi+susu bubuk+gula+whipping cream+kuningbtelu+ragi+susu cair. Uleni sampe kalis tambahkan butter&garam uleni sampe kalis elastis. Proofing sampe kembang 2 x.

  2. Kempiskan adonan bagi 16 bagian sama berat. Gilas masing2 isi dg dcc taruh di loyang semir margarine proofing lagi sampe siap dioven.
