  2. Keluarkan adonan mantou dan kempiskan adonan di atas telenan/ meja kerja yg telah ditaburi sedikit tepung. Istirahatkan kembali 10-15 menit..

  3. Bentuk roll panjang dgn ketebalan diameter adonan kira"2.5cm. Kemudian potong sebesar 2 buah jari/ kira" 2 cm..

  4. Kemudian bawah adonan masing" mantou kuaskan minyak tipis, lalu letakkan di atas kertas minyak/ kertas roti/ cupcake cases..

  5. Masukkan 10 buah adonan mini milk montou ke dalam dandang yg telah diisi air dan ditutup. 10 buah lainnya kalau saya disisihkan dl taruh ke dalam oven mati dan ditutup pintu ovennya agar permukaan adonan tdk kering..

  6. Diamkan kembali sekitar 10-20 menit hgg sedikit mengembang kembali..

  7. Taruh dandang berisi 10 adonan mini mantou ke atas kompor dgn api sedang hgg air kukusan mendidih sekitar 5 menit (bungkus tutup dandang dgn kain agar air tdk menetes nantinya ke adonan)..

  8. Setelah air dandang mendidih, kecilkan sedikit api kompor dan terus mengukus dgn api kecil sedang untuk 10-15 menit lagi (tergantung besar buns-nya ya moms). Caranya untuk tahu sdh matang atau belum adalah dgn melihat permukaan mantou-nya yg sdh terbentuk lapisan mengkilat/ shinny..

  9. Setelah 10-15 menit, matikan api kompor dan diamkan mantou di dalam kukusan selama 5 menit agar mantou tdk kempis dan lengket..

  10. Buka tutup kukusan, pindahkan mantou ke wadah bersih. Kukus kembali batch kedua adonan mini milk mantou yg td dgn cara yg sama..

  11. Sambil menunggu batch kedua matang di kukusan. Mari kita deep fried mantou batch pertama di minyak panas dgn api sedang. Nanti sepanjang menggoreng mantounya akan trs mengambang ya moms, jadi tekan adonan ke dasar wajan agar kuning keemasan merata..

  12. Angkat, tiriskan, dan sajikan dgn Susu Kental manis sebagai sausnya. Enjoy moms ๐Ÿ˜˜..
