  1. Bahan isi : tumis bawang2an lalu masukkan ayam n wortel kentang..tumis bentar tambahkan susu n bumbu lain..tes rasa…terakhir masukkan tepung..masak sampai kental, masukkan seledri, aduk lalu matikan api…dinginkan.

  2. Bahan kulit : campur semua bahan kulit (saya dblender)…dadar sebanyak 1 sdk sayur di teflon uk 18cm..sisakan sedikit utk bahan pencelup basah.
