Potong bulat pipih lemon yang sudah dicuci bersih.

Siapkan chiaseed masukkan ke dalam gelas yg berisi air tunggu sampai mengembang sedikit.

Siapkan botol kaca/ boleh juga botol plastik. Kemduian masukkan potongan lemon.

Lalu masukkan air secara perlahan, kemudian masukkan madu dan chiaseed.
