Boba Rainbow instructions

  1. Air rendaman : Campurkan gula dan air. Aduk hingga larut, sisihkan..

  2. Boba : Campur tepung tapioka, bubuk jelly dan garam dalam satu wadah. Aduk rata. Tambahkan air panas sedikit demi sedikit hingga adonan kalis(tidak lengket ditangan dan bisa dibentuk). Hati-hati ya adonan panas. Tidak sampai 100 ml jika dirasa sudah kalis maka tak perlu ditambahkan air lagi..

  3. Bagi adonan menjadi beberapa bagian. Lalu tambahkan pewarna makanan (saya hanya menambahkan masing-masing adonan dengan 2 tetes pewarna).

  4. Pulung menjadi bulatan-bulatan kecil. Lalu gulingkan diatas wadah yang telah diberi tepung tapioka. Fungsinya, agar adonan tidak saling menempel. Jika dirasa saat memulung adonan ambyar, bisa masukkan ujung jari telunjuk kedalam air. Kemudian mulailah membulatkan adonan boba kembali hingga habis..

  5. Rebus adonan boba di dalam air mendidih. Masukkan sebagian adonan boba terlebih dahulu. Merebus adonan keseluruhan akan membuat boba membutuhkan waktu lebih lama untuk matang..

  6. Setelah mengambang (tanda sudah matang), angkat dan rendam di air gula. Boba bisa langsung digunakan atau simpan di kulkas. Refrensi shake menggunakan boba rainbow (lihat resep).
