  1. Campur semua bahan dengan daging. Taruh di dalam mangkuk. Tusuk2 daging dengan garpu, agar bumbu meresap. Tutup dengan plastik wrap. Simpan di kulkas semalaman / minimal 3-4jam (saya simpan semalaman).

  2. Sebelum di panggang oleskan lagi secukupnya madu. Panggang selama kurleb 40menit. Suhu sesuaikan dgn oven masing2 ya..

  3. Keluarkan dr oven. Jika ada masih ada sisa bumbu sedikit, bisa dipanggang di atas teflon jika ingin cjarsiu yg kering. Saya ga panggang lg, krn suka yg agak juicy.
