Charsiu Madu.

You can cook Charsiu Madu using 14 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you cook that.

Ingredients of Charsiu Madu

  1. It’s 500 gr of daging ๐Ÿ– bagian bahu (kapsim), boleh ganti fillet ayam.

  2. You need 3 sdm of bumbu Charsiu BBQ (Lee Kum Kee).

  3. You need 1 sdt of angkak (jerang air panas, haluskan) kalo ga pakai pewarna.

  4. You need 2 siung of bawang putih, haluskan.

  5. You need 1 sdm of minyak wijen.

  6. You need 1 sdt of bumbu ngohiong (five spices powder).

  7. Prepare 1/2 sdt of jahe parut.

  8. Prepare 2-3 sdm of madu.

  9. Prepare of Garam,gula,vetsin (blh skip).

  10. You need 1 sdt of angciu / arak (boleh skip).

  11. It’s of Saus Cocolan :.

  12. Prepare of Sisa bumbu yg menempel di teflon.

  13. You need 200 ml of air.

  14. It’s 2 sdt of maizena, larutan dgn 1 sdm air secubit garam (optional).

Charsiu Madu instructions

  1. Tusuk2 piggy pakai garpu. Marinated dgn semua bumbu,masukkan kulkas tutup dgn clingwrap semalam /minimal 3 jam.

  2. Keluarkan dr kulkas. Kemudian rebus dgn air beserta bumbu berendam.Masak sampai air mengering (Proses ini blh skip jika daging langsung dipanggang ke dlm oven).

  3. Panggang daging diatas teflon / griil pan sampai dioleskan dgn minyak kaldu + madu bolak balik hingga matang.

  4. Diamkan agak dingin. Kemudian iris2 dan siap di sajikan bersama nasi hangat atau mie.
