Ingredients of Honey Pork Char Siu

  1. Prepare 250 gr of Daging Babi (bagian kapsim).

  2. Prepare 1 sdt of Angkak.

  4. Panggang daging rendaman dengan oven suhu 180 selama 30 menit. Keluarkan dan olesi dengan madu, lalu panggang lagi selama 10 menit. (Nampan oven sy dilapisi dengan aluminium foil)..

  5. Sisa bumbu rendaman jangan dibuang ya, bisa dipanaskan dengan teflon anti lengket sebentar untuk jadi saus cocolan..

  6. Keluarkan nampan panggangan, ambil daging dan iris serong tipis Daging char siu siap disajikan..
