  2. Setelah 30 menit, keluarkan ayam, siapkan 3 wadah isinya tepung instan, panir & telur yg sudah dikocok lepas.

  3. Pertama balur ayam di campuran tepung bumbu, lalu ke telur, lalu balur lagi di tepung panir, ulangi sampai ayam habis, ayam digoreng deep fried jika ingin langsung dimakan sisanya bisa disimpan di freezer.

  4. Cuci bersih, kupas & potong dadu kentang & wortel, rebus di air mendidih sampai empuk, buang airnya lalu tiriskan.

  5. Potong bawang bombai, tumis bawang bombai sampai agak layu.
