  1. Iris tipis dada ayam fillet, lalu balur dengan garam, merica dan royco ayam secukupnya. Diamkan 15menit..

  2. Rebus kentang dan wortel yg sudah d potong-potong sampai empuk. Angkat, lalu tiriskan..

  3. Balur ayam yg sudah d marinasi tadi dengan tepung terigu, lalu masukkan ke kocokan telur dan balur dengan tepung roti..

  4. Panaskan minyak goreng, lalu masukkan ayam yg sudah d balur tepung tadi, goreng hingga keemasan. Angkat, lalu sisihkan..

  5. Tumis bawang bombay dan bumbu indofood kare dalam panci sampai harum, lalu masukkan air..

  6. Jika sudah agak mendidih masukkan kentang & wortel yg sudah d rebus tadi ke dalam bumbu kare, masak hingga mendidih, koreksi rasa lalu beri larutan tepung maizzena. Aduk hingga matang..

  7. Potong chicken katsu menjadi beberapa bagian, lalu taruh d atas nasi. Lalu beri kuah kare beserta wortel dan kentangnya, lalu sajikan :).
