Japanese Curry Rice.

You can have Japanese Curry Rice using 12 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you achieve it.

Ingredients of Japanese Curry Rice

  1. You need 1 blok of bumbu curry (marigold/goldencurry).

  2. It’s 1/2 of kentang.

  3. It’s 1 of wortel.

  4. It’s 1 fillet of dada ayam.

  5. It’s 5-6 sdm of tepung roti/panir.

  6. Prepare secukupnya of Minyak.

  7. Prepare secukupnya of Lada.

  8. You need secukupnya of Totole.

  9. It’s secukupnya of Garam.

  10. It’s secukupnya of Bubuk cabai.

  11. Prepare 2 of cabai rawit (opsional).

  12. It’s 2 butir of telur.

Japanese Curry Rice instructions

  1. Fillet dada ayam tipis2. Beri lada & garam. Baluri telur lalu tepung roti / panir. Lalu goreng hingga crispy / bisa pakai airfryer tanpa minyak.

  2. Buat saus curry. Tumis cabai, kentang dan wortel dengan sedikit minyak. Beli lada, garam, totole, bubuk cabai. Aduk merata lalu tambahkan air 100-150ml. Rebus hingga kentang dan wortel lunak.

  3. Tambahkan blok bumbu curry yg sudah di cincang kasar ke wortel dan kentang. Tambahkan air jika terlalu kental. Lalu aduk hingga konsistensi yg diingin kan. (Punya saya kental).

  4. Goreng telur yg diorak arik dengan margarin. Api kecil supaya telur matang perlahan2 (lembut). Lalu sajikan diatas nasi bersama ayam & saus curry.
