  21. Prepare of Onsen egg.

  22. Prepare 1000 ml of air didihkan.

  23. It’s 250 of air biasa (campurkan dengan air mendidih tadi).

  1. Lumurin daging dengan bumbu daging, diamkan 30 menit.

  2. Tumis sampai matang, dan bawang bombay transparan, lalu tiriskan..

  3. Untuk kuah, didihkan air, tuang smua bumbu. Koreksi rasa. Matikan api..

  4. Tuang udon frozen (sudah suhu ruang) biarkan sekitar 2 menit. Lalu tiriskan udon nya..

  5. Untuk onsen egg, campur air mendidih dengan air biasa sesuai takaran, celupakan telur diamkan 18-20 menit. Setelah itu tiriskan ke air dingin. Buka telur pelan2 agar kuning telur tidak pecah. Sajikan.

  6. Setelah tuang udon dan kuah ke mangkok saji tambahkan minyak wijen 1 sdt. Sajikan bersama daging dan telur tadi diatasnya..
