Pizza mie step by step

  1. Rebus mie sampai matang.

  2. Diwadah lain (agak besar) masukkan 4 butir telur, garam dan merica….campur dengan potongan sosis, bakso dan bawang bombay.

  3. Campur kan mie kedalam adonan telur…

  4. Panaskan minyak (secukupnya, saya pakai 5 sdm) masukkan adonan mie dan telur tadi…masak dengan api kecil…..

  5. Sampai warna agak kuning, dibalik…(saya pakai teflon lain agar mie tidak pecah atau hancur)kalau sisi yg 1 sudah agak kekuningan kita balik lagi…..

  6. Beri saus tomat, ratakan dan taburi keju…tutup teflon biarkan sampai keju melted dan matikan api kompor (masaknya dengan api kecil ya biar tidak gosong😁😁).

  7. Pizza mie siap di hidangkan ❤️❤️.
